La Diala means “mountain fairy” in Romansh and symbolises a deep connection to the hotel's setting. Located in the heart of Palace Wellness, vistas of the snow-covered mountains complement La Diala's light, fresh, healthful menu. Ideal for dining with small children.

Le Grand Hall

The legendary hotel lobby, with its expansive views, fanciful décor and extravagant architecture, is known as the "living room of St. Moritz". Experience Badrutt's Palace at its most glamorous over afternoon tea, or champagne and caviar, all accompanied by a live pianist.

La Coupole - Matsuhisa

Japanesese star chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa ("NOBU") helms La Coupole / Matsuhisa in the hotel's former indoor tennis hall, which was Europe’s first. You'll savour the imaginative fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisines. The stylish glass-domed space includes a cocktail and sushi bar and a private dining room.
