Bravo to the bar at Badrutt’s To Matteo, the manager of the bar at Badrutt’s palace who not only made our night memorable with the fabulous drinks at the bar but also went out of his way to organize an Indian dinner for us in addition to going out of their way to fit us in with a reservation. A wonder in and of itself! Three cheers to the wonderful team at the bar at Badrutt’s that made our night and was most hospitable! A big thank you and very merry Christmas!

An unforgettable weekend Structure extremely elegant and refined, all the staff is professional and friendly, the services are at the top (outdoor pool in winter is a must) and the cuisine is truly quality both in products and preparation. Wine cellar is unique in breadth and depth, I recommend a visit to the “cellar wines” with the sommelier (Italian lady very well prepared especially on Krug champagne). An unforgettable weekend

Badrutt’s Palace in a class of its own! Everything at Badrutt’s Palace has been carefully thought of and selected to be top notch. We were picked up from the train station in a classic Rolls Royce waiting at the exit for us. It’s a quick 5 minute ride to the hotel. Once in the hotel, we were greeted by the friendly staff at check-in and made to feel extremely welcome. We were upgraded based on AE Platinum status and the suite was breathtaking. Top shelf alcohol is complimentary in the room and they even brought me a cake and flowers for my birthday! We enjoyed an English Tea for two in the grand hall which was delightful. Room service was speedy and the burger delicious. We enjoyed the luxury pool facilities, especially the outdoor area. The linens are luxurious and I had the best sleep. The breakfast was included with AE Platinum and was phenom. Concierge was very helpful in arranging a car to Lake Como. The driver was knowledgeable and friendly. I have zero complaints and had the most fantastic stay. We are planning our return trip to the Palace!

Simply Perfect Simply perfect, this hotel ticks every box and some. Bedrooms modern yet classic, food and service throughout the whole hotel superb. Views stunning, car parking was secure and safe, one of the best hotels I have stayed in , in the world. The SPA was also lovely and afternoon tea was also to the standard of any UK London 5 Star hotel.

Genuine Gem in a World of Imitations For someone who values authenticity, this place was a breath of fresh air. There was a genuine quality to every aspect of my experience, from the locally-sourced offerings to the sincere interactions with staff. I felt connected not just to the establishment, but to the wider community it's part of. It's rare to find a place with such a strong sense of identity and purpose.

We arrived on the Glacier Express and asked to be picked up. The hotel sent a breathtaking Rolls-Royce (see picture). The driver, Massimo, was so kind and helpful he felt like a family member. This was our first impression, and it was an excellent taste of the things yet to come at Batrutt's Palace Hotel. Our room was lush and perfect. Our "balcony" would be better described as a terrace. Our view of the lake and mountains was breathtaking. Housekeeping and room service were graciously accommodating to any request. The concierges were also wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful. We didn't use the spa, but we visited it, and the ambiance was unique and very inviting.

Ett hotell i absolut världsklass Fantastiskt hotell med väldigt bra mat och service. Rummet var fint och måste nyligen ha renoverats. Läget i St Moritz är också mycket bra med närhet till alla butiker och shopping. Det enda negativa var schampo, tvål och balsam pumpflaskorna som kändes väldigt billiga (något man kan hitta på rusta) och knappt gick att få något ur. Kanske ingen stor grej men ändå.

An experience of a lifetime at the Palace If I could give a 10 stars rating. I would. I have stayed at many, may high end hotels in my life, but the service at the Badrutt Palace, I mean that by the people that make up the staff, is by far the best I have ever, ever, experienced. From being picked up at the train station in a 1968 Rolls Royce limo that was once a part of Queen Elizabeth's fleet, to the greeting by name by 6 staff members at check-in, the care and kindness at the front desk concierge's booking rides and dinner, to the bar manager crafting great stories and drinks, to our service at the best buffet breakfast, to the an over the top dinner at their French dining room that was more of a theater performance to be experienced, everyone at the hotel was above and beyond with care and kindness. Myself and my girlfriend have not been cared for at this level anywhere close to the kindness they showed us. I am still in jet lag recovery, so the names are escaping me, and for that I apologize, but if you want an experience of a lifetime to be treated like royalty, the Hotel at Badrutt Palace will give you a sense of the best hospitality that can offered. The hotel itself is also a sight to see, with rooms and dining areas that overlook the beautiful St. Moritz lake. Our room was amazing with a bathroom that spoils your senses. A final thought, on the flight home, we both felt this experience was due to a genuine and truthful ethos the entire staff holds tight, to be the best of the best in your experience as a guest at their palace. We both felt blessed to have stayed at the Palace. I feel the utmost gratitude to them.

Glitz, Glam, and Then Some! darlings, let me spill the tea on this FABULOUS find! ✨💖 from the second we arrived, it was nothing but GLAM and LUXURY. the decor? absolutely STUNNING, dahling. the staff? sweeter than honey and more efficient than my personal assistant (sorry, brad!). and don't even get me started on the spa - I felt like a whole new woman! only teensy issue was the lack of vegan options at breakfast, but they sorted it out quicker than you can say "avocado toast". toodles! 😘

Absolutely exceptional. My stay at the hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with kindness and warm welcome that truly highlighted the quality of the service. The room was spacious with a wonderful view, tastefully decorated (very nice bathroom) and overall very comfortable and elegant. The pool, the bar and the breakfast, room service were all "top of the shelf" experiences during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

Exceptional! My stay at The Badrutt's Palace was exceptional. The combination of stunning views on the mountains and lake, luxurious accommodation, outstanding service, and beautiful spa with an amazing outdoor pool made our weekend unforgettable. A extraordinary hideaway in the Swiss mountains! We will be back!
