An experience of a lifetime at the Palace If I could give a 10 stars rating. I would. I have stayed at many, may high end hotels in my life, but the service at the Badrutt Palace, I mean that by the people that make up the staff, is by far the best I have ever, ever, experienced. From being picked up at the train station in a 1968 Rolls Royce limo that was once a part of Queen Elizabeth's fleet, to the greeting by name by 6 staff members at check-in, the care and kindness at the front desk concierge's booking rides and dinner, to the bar manager crafting great stories and drinks, to our service at the best buffet breakfast, to the an over the top dinner at their French dining room that was more of a theater performance to be experienced, everyone at the hotel was above and beyond with care and kindness. Myself and my girlfriend have not been cared for at this level anywhere close to the kindness they showed us. I am still in jet lag recovery, so the names are escaping me, and for that I apologize, but if you want an experience of a lifetime to be treated like royalty, the Hotel at Badrutt Palace will give you a sense of the best hospitality that can offered. The hotel itself is also a sight to see, with rooms and dining areas that overlook the beautiful St. Moritz lake. Our room was amazing with a bathroom that spoils your senses. A final thought, on the flight home, we both felt this experience was due to a genuine and truthful ethos the entire staff holds tight, to be the best of the best in your experience as a guest at their palace. We both felt blessed to have stayed at the Palace. I feel the utmost gratitude to them.

Glitz, Glam, and Then Some! darlings, let me spill the tea on this FABULOUS find! ✨💖 from the second we arrived, it was nothing but GLAM and LUXURY. the decor? absolutely STUNNING, dahling. the staff? sweeter than honey and more efficient than my personal assistant (sorry, brad!). and don't even get me started on the spa - I felt like a whole new woman! only teensy issue was the lack of vegan options at breakfast, but they sorted it out quicker than you can say "avocado toast". toodles! 😘

Absolutely exceptional. My stay at the hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with kindness and warm welcome that truly highlighted the quality of the service. The room was spacious with a wonderful view, tastefully decorated (very nice bathroom) and overall very comfortable and elegant. The pool, the bar and the breakfast, room service were all "top of the shelf" experiences during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

Exceptional! My stay at The Badrutt's Palace was exceptional. The combination of stunning views on the mountains and lake, luxurious accommodation, outstanding service, and beautiful spa with an amazing outdoor pool made our weekend unforgettable. A extraordinary hideaway in the Swiss mountains! We will be back!

Der Hotelolymp in den Bergen Ein Besuch in diesem Hotel ist jedes mal eine wahre Freude. Von einchecken bis zu auschecken wird man wie ein König behandelt. Die Renaissance Bar darf man, mit den sensationellen Drinks von Matteo nicht verpassen und es ist der Treffpunkt in St. Moritz für eine gute Zigarre oder einen Drink. wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Culinary Paradise if you're a foodie like me, you're gonna flip for this hotel! the restaurant here is next level. we're talking michelin-star quality eats without the stuffy atmosphere. every meal was an adventure for the taste buds. they use all local, seasonal ingredients, so the menu's always changing. and don't even get me started on the breakfast buffet - it's a work of art! the chef even offers cooking classes, which was such a cool experience. even if you're not staying here, the restaurant alone is worth a visit. trust me, your Instagram food pics will never be the same!

Unbelievable Unbelievable service. Hotel is gorgeous and staff bends over backwards to meet your needs or wants. Hands down the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. They sent us an email prior to our visit asking what kind if pillows we like. No detail is not taken care of. We had a beautiful view of the lake and Mountains. I cant wait to return. I would like to return during ski season!

Best Hotel St. Morica One of the most magnificent hotels in Europe! Luxury rooms with stunning lake views, impeccable service, kitchen, spa with magic therapists, location right in the center of the village - rarely when such qualities come together. But most importantly, the staff! Professionals in their business, they never forget to surround you for a moment with their care and attention. Add to that the luxurious decorations of the hotel's common areas (including the retro Rolls Royce at the entrance where all tourists try to take photos) and more than a century of creation history and we get a hotel legend of this place. Another discovery was a summer holiday in St. Moritz. It turns out that it's very interesting and there's a lot to do, in perfectly comfortable air temperature , when the rest of Europe wears out from the heat) so the mountains are not just a winter vacation, but also summer, and, I'm sure in autumn it's particularly beautiful 😍

It's getting better and better. Just world class! We stayed at Badrutt's Palace again and we felt at home with friends from the first minute. Everything from the room to the care to the restoration was perfect. You get the impression that the Palace is improving every year. We couldn't say what could be done better.

Magical Badrutt’s Palace is magical. We have stayed in many beautiful hotels but Badrutt’s is truly special. Everything was absolute perfection, from the service and food to the amazing rooms. The views from our room were spectacular. We will be returning to Badrutt’s. Badrutt’s Palace should be on everyone’s bucket list.

Top notch property...exceptional service...great location Loved our stay at the property. We were there for our honeymoon. Truly exceptional. Staff made us feel welcome and assigned room in the refurbished wing, with lake view. Ensured the room was thoroughly cleaned (wife is allergic to dogs) prior to us checking in. Don't miss riding the Phantom and 1968 Rolls, from and to the train station. Conceirge desk was very accomodating. Booked ebikes, sailing in the lake, dining at the local restaurants, gondola rides, and chair lifts. Room does not have air conditioner for cooling (it was quite pleasant with the windows cracked open). Buffet breakfast: Extraordinary. Loved it. What a spread! Overall: I have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

Old world, old-fashioned and showing its age An elegant entrance- and hallway. The room booked was so-called „superior category“ but it was old-fashioned, tiny and cramped. Not worth the huge price. Many amenities in the room were missing (bathrobes, shoehorn, reading lamp…) The „welcome gift“ was a scoop of ice cream in the gelateria(!). It is also best to book on-line. Booking directly gets you none of the benefits. The bright spot is the breakfast buffet and restaurant. Excellent cuisine and impeccable, friendly service. Construction is in full swing all over town - from Palace all the way down to Moritz Bad. A pity for such a beautiful, traditional mountain resort. Polluted air and crowded streets are a consequence.

10/10 coming back for sure. What a beautiful and magical place. Incredible views inside a lovely hotel. The rooms are stunning, the food is fantastic. Staff are all friendly and very accommodating. Loved everything about our stay. Definitely recommend a nice cigar in their lounge. We’ll be back.

Timeless Retreat in St. Moritz My husband and I traveled from Australia to stay at Badrutt’s Palace Hotel, and it was an extraordinary experience. The staff’s warmth and impeccable service made us feel like royalty in a bygone era. The spa was a highlight, with an amazing massage that was pure bliss. Watching the snow fall from the cozy hotel was like being in a fairytale. Badrutt’s Palace is not just a hotel, but a destination that offers a unique blend of luxury, hospitality, and enchanting scenery. We left with unforgettable memories and a longing to return.
