…ARCHITETTURA FANTASTICA!!…👌🏨🎉‼️ …è stata la prima struttura che ho visto!!…arrivata a St. Moritz!!…e premetto che io ho visto solamente dall’esterno!!…questo edificio!!…che poi mi sono informata e ho saputo che è un Hotel!!…e che Hotel!!…è Badrutt’s Palace Hotel!!…a cinque stelle!!…con ben 157 stanze!!…tra cui 37 suite!!…sette ristoranti e tre bar!!…e che si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria!!…un hotel storico!!…passato di generazione in generazione!!…e con il tempo ampliato e ristrutturato!!…con tutti i servizi!!…tra cui la nuova area termale e fitness!!…che dire!!…io sono rimasta incantata a vedere solamente l’esterno!!…so per certo che non vedrò mai l’interno!!…ma quello che posso dire!!…è che è veramente bello!!…bello!!…è molto di più!!…e con un architettura fantastica!!…è Badrutt’s Palace Hotel a St. Moritz!!…un gran bel hotel svizzero!!…🇨🇭⬆️🎉🏨👌‼️

Exceptional Luxury and Service at Badrutt’s Palace. Our stay at Badrutt’s Palace was absolutely outstanding and unquestionably the highlight of our European travels. Every aspect, from the moment we arrived until our departure, was seamless and exceptional. The service was incredibly attentive, efficient, and thoughtful, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction throughout. Special mention to Francesco from the restaurant lounge, who provided extraordinary service and truly elevated our experience. As well as the amazing Pianist who played music that our party really loved. The breakfast was superb (can you believe there's a harpist in the breakfast area?!), the wellness area was luxurious, and the property itself was beautifully maintained, offering both elegance and comfort. This hotel stands out distinctly as one of our top favorites worldwide, not just in Europe. The quality, attention to detail, and personalized care provided are genuinely unparalleled. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and only wished we could have extended our stay. Without a doubt, we will return to Badrutt’s Palace and look forward to our next opportunity to enjoy this exceptional property.

A perfect place for our wedding anniversary A stay at the Palace definitely deserves a spot on every bucket list... Unique hotel that manages to perfectly highlight history and contemporary style with modern and first class comforts. Amazing room with lake view and facilities, excellent food and above all fantastic breakfast service. Many thanks to the whole team!! It was an incredible wedding anniversary.

Fairy-tale service The service is outstanding - Concierge and Reception very attentive, dedicated and experienced. Service at the SPA and in the Ski room is also very attentive. Location at the heart of St Moritz. SPA facilities /outdoor pool are very nice. Breakfast buffet and menu is also excellent - one of the best I have ever experienced. Everything is top quality. Rooms are roomy (at least in the category I was staying). What could be improved: reserve a time in the evening where the SPA/pool access is restricted to adults (and thus more quiet/relaxing).

Best Alpine Resort in Europe Just spent another fabulous stay at Badrutts Palace. Without any doubt this hotel is the best alpine Resort in Europe. Also now after the finish of the huge outdoor swimming pool the Spa is even better and a great experience. The new rooms in the new wing on the other side of the street are sooo chic and elegant. Us usual the restaurants were delicious and the service even gets better and more personalized. Thank you Palace team for a fantastic stay!!

Bravo to the bar at Badrutt’s To Matteo, the manager of the bar at Badrutt’s palace who not only made our night memorable with the fabulous drinks at the bar but also went out of his way to organize an Indian dinner for us in addition to going out of their way to fit us in with a reservation. A wonder in and of itself! Three cheers to the wonderful team at the bar at Badrutt’s that made our night and was most hospitable! A big thank you and very merry Christmas!

An unforgettable weekend Structure extremely elegant and refined, all the staff is professional and friendly, the services are at the top (outdoor pool in winter is a must) and the cuisine is truly quality both in products and preparation. Wine cellar is unique in breadth and depth, I recommend a visit to the “cellar wines” with the sommelier (Italian lady very well prepared especially on Krug champagne). An unforgettable weekend

Badrutt’s Palace in a class of its own! Everything at Badrutt’s Palace has been carefully thought of and selected to be top notch. We were picked up from the train station in a classic Rolls Royce waiting at the exit for us. It’s a quick 5 minute ride to the hotel. Once in the hotel, we were greeted by the friendly staff at check-in and made to feel extremely welcome. We were upgraded based on AE Platinum status and the suite was breathtaking. Top shelf alcohol is complimentary in the room and they even brought me a cake and flowers for my birthday! We enjoyed an English Tea for two in the grand hall which was delightful. Room service was speedy and the burger delicious. We enjoyed the luxury pool facilities, especially the outdoor area. The linens are luxurious and I had the best sleep. The breakfast was included with AE Platinum and was phenom. Concierge was very helpful in arranging a car to Lake Como. The driver was knowledgeable and friendly. I have zero complaints and had the most fantastic stay. We are planning our return trip to the Palace!

Simply Perfect Simply perfect, this hotel ticks every box and some. Bedrooms modern yet classic, food and service throughout the whole hotel superb. Views stunning, car parking was secure and safe, one of the best hotels I have stayed in , in the world. The SPA was also lovely and afternoon tea was also to the standard of any UK London 5 Star hotel.

Genuine Gem in a World of Imitations For someone who values authenticity, this place was a breath of fresh air. There was a genuine quality to every aspect of my experience, from the locally-sourced offerings to the sincere interactions with staff. I felt connected not just to the establishment, but to the wider community it's part of. It's rare to find a place with such a strong sense of identity and purpose.

We arrived on the Glacier Express and asked to be picked up. The hotel sent a breathtaking Rolls-Royce (see picture). The driver, Massimo, was so kind and helpful he felt like a family member. This was our first impression, and it was an excellent taste of the things yet to come at Batrutt's Palace Hotel. Our room was lush and perfect. Our "balcony" would be better described as a terrace. Our view of the lake and mountains was breathtaking. Housekeeping and room service were graciously accommodating to any request. The concierges were also wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful. We didn't use the spa, but we visited it, and the ambiance was unique and very inviting.
