Guarantee Policy: A 100% non-refundable payment is required at time of booking. This can be processed with a credit card (secure payment link) or bank transfer. Children Policy: Children aged 12 years and older are fully charged. Check In Policy: Check-in after 03:00 pm. Check-out before 12:00 pm. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome in guest rooms i.e. Grand Hall and Chesa Veglia. Daily supplement when pet is staying in the room is CHF 45 excluding food.
